African Rainbow Minerals Limited (ARM) is a South Africa-based diversified mining company with interests in iron ore, manganese ore and alloys, chrome, platinum group metals (PGMs), gold and coal operations, and exploration activities across South Africa, Africa, and Australia.

ARM's flagship commodities include iron ore and manganese through its 40% interest in the Assmang joint venture, as well as PGMs through its 50% interest in the Two Rivers PGM mine in South Africa. Other major assets include a 20% interest in the Participative Coal Business (PCB) incorporating the Goedgevonden (GGV) coal mine, a 50% interest in the Modikwa PGM mine, and a 51% controlling interest in the Nchwaning and Gloria manganese mines (Black Rock Mine).

The company's mines and operations are at various stages of development and life-of-mine. Flagship assets include Two Rivers mine producing PGMs, the Nchwaning, Gloria and Black Rock manganese mines and the Khumani iron ore mine. Development projects include the Bokoni PGM mine and the Merensky project at Two Rivers.

ARM has attributable measured and indicated mineral resources of 200 million tonnes across its iron ore, manganese, and coal operations, and 19 million PGM ounces through its 50% stake in the Two Rivers and Modikwa mines. The company aims to create sustainable value for stakeholders by operating and growing its portfolio of assets.
