Full Circle Lithium Company Overview

Full Circle Lithium Corp. is a lithium processing and battery recycling company focused on producing battery-grade lithium compounds. Full Circle operates a permitted lithium carbonate production plant in Georgia, USA with an initial capacity of 2,000 tonnes per year with the ability to expand to 10,000 tonnes per year.

The company utilizes conventional lithium processing technologies and proprietary methods to produce lithium carbonate and other compounds. Full Circle sources lithium feedstock from two areas: recycling spent lithium-ion batteries, and recovering lithium from industrial waste streams. The company has also developed a proprietary fire suppressant solution for safe lithium-ion battery disassembly.

Full Circle Lithium is currently at a pre-revenue stage as it refurbishes its Georgia production plant and sources feedstock supply agreements. In parallel, the company is installing a demonstration plant at a specialty chemical company site to test its midstream lithium recovery process. The company sees strong demand for domestically produced lithium compounds from North American electric vehicle and battery manufacturers and aims to be a leader in closed-loop lithium production.
