Lithium Ion Energy

Ion Energy is a lithium exploration and development company focused on assets in Mongolia and Canada. The company has over 200,000 acres of lithium brine licenses in Mongolia's Gobi Desert. Initial drilling has encountered lithium grades over 400ppm lithium. Ion Energy sees potential for a large, low cost lithium resource.

In Mongolia, Ion Energy is advancing its flagship Baavhai Uul lithium brine project and its Urgakh Naran project. At Urgakh Naran, surface sampling has shown lithium grades up to 918mg/L. Recent diamond drilling and water well drilling is aimed at estimating an initial lithium resource.

Ion Energy has also acquired the Bliss Lake lithium pegmatite project in Canada's Northwest Territories. The 5,800 hectare project is near other known lithium pegmatites. Exploration work on the project will commence right away.

Ion Energy is led by a management team with over 150 years combined experience in Mongolia. The company aims to create shareholder value through discovery and development of its lithium assets. Near term catalysts include an initial resource estimate and exploration results from its projects.
