Parabellum Resources Company Overview

Parabellum Resources Limited is a mineral exploration company focused on rare earth elements and copper. The company's flagship project is the Khotgor REE project located in Mongolia, which contains over 2 million tonnes of rare earth oxide (REO). The project is at an early stage, with exploration and metallurgical studies underway and plans for feasibility study scheduled for Q4, 2024 a

PBL also holds a large land package across 4 projects in New South Wales, Australia targeting copper and gold mineralization. These early-stage exploration projects comprise the Redlands/Whitbarrow, Recovery, and Lunns Dam projects in the Tottenham-Girilambone district, as well as the Obley project in the Yeoval district. Recent airborne surveys have identified several compelling electromagnetic anomalies that warrant follow-up exploration.

In December 2022, PBL entered an agreement to acquire an 80% interest in the Khotgor project. To date, PBL has deployed A$3.9 million to fund confirmatory drilling, metallurgical testwork and studies towards completion of a JORC resource estimate and scoping study. PBL has deployed all funding tranches and now owns 30% of the issued capital in Temarise Limited.
