Sanleon Energy Company Overview

San Leon Energy plc is an independent oil and gas production, development and exploration company focused on Nigeria with its main project being the OML 18 lease located onshore Nigeria with an indirect 10.58% economic interest.

The OML 18 project is a world-class onshore Nigerian oil and gas asset with 2P reserves of 1.2 billion barrels of oil equivalent and an additional 1 billion barrels of exploration resources. OML 18 has nine oil fields under development with over 500 million barrels of oil already produced and where the lease is operated by Eroton Exploration and Production Company Limited.

In addition to OML 18, San Leon has an interest in the development of the Alternative Crude Oil Evacuation System (ACOES) in Nigeria through its investment in Energy Link Infrastructure (Malta) Limited. ACOES includes an offshore pipeline and floating storage and offloading vessel which offers OML 18 and other potential customers an alternative export route to the Bonny Terminal.

San Leon also has some legacy exploration assets in Ireland, Morocco and Albania. OML 18 and ACOES are the company's main focus and have the potential to transform San Leon into a significant participant in the Nigerian oil and gas market if further developments proceed as planned.
