Solitario Zinc Corp. Company Overview

Solitario Resources Corp. is a precious and base metals exploration company focused on gold and zinc assets in the Americas with advanced projects in the United States, Peru and Alaska.

Solitario's flagship asset is the Golden Crest gold project located in the northern Black Hills region of South Dakota and is adjacent to the historic Homestake-Wharf 80 million-ounce gold district. The 33,000-acre land package has multiple early-stage gold exploration targets with high-grade surface mineralization up to 94 g/t.

Solitario also has a 39% interest in the Florida Canyon zinc project in Peru, which is operated by joint venture partner Nexa Resources S.A. Florida Canyon contains high grade zinc-lead-silver mineralization with a mineral resource of over 22 million tonnes. Additional drilling and studies are underway to advance the project. In Alaska, Solitario is joint ventured with Teck Resources on the Lik zinc deposit located 14 miles from Teck's Red Dog mine. The Lik project has an indicated mineral resource of 17.2 million tonnes grading 12.3% zinc equivalent.

The company remains open for resource expansion and further work at the Florida Canyon and Golden Crest surface aiming of up to 5,000m of drilling to identify additional drill targets in 2024.
