Transition Metals is a Canadian exploration company focused on critical and precious metals projects. 

Two key projects are the Maude Lake nickel-copper-PGM project in Ontario and the Pike Warden gold-silver-copper project in Yukon. Drilling at Maude Lake has intersected high-grade nickel and copper associated with a large mafic intrusion. At Pike Warden, high-grade epithermal silver and copper-gold porphyry targets are being advanced.

Transition Metals creates additional value through spin-out companies. Success stories include well-funded nickel and gold focused spin-outs advancing large critical metals projects. The company is progressing new spin-out opportunities.

Transition Metals has a tight share structure and diverse assets, which arguably are undervalued at present. We will continue to monitor and hope for re-rating opportunities as exploration results are broadcast from their flagship projects.
