Exploits Discovery - Focused on Newfoundland's Gold Potential

Exploits Discovery is focused on Newfoundland's gold potential with strategic land acquisitions and a systematic exploration strategy. Upcoming catalysts include drill results from the Titan and Bullseye projects.

  • NFLD has a large land package surrounding major discoveries like Newfound Gold in Newfoundland, Canada. They are focused on the promising new Bullseye claims between Newfound and Labrador Gold.
  • Systematic exploration process helped identify the most prospective land. Recently staked the Bullseye claims, beating out over 100 competitors.
  • Near-term catalysts like Titan drill results expected by year-end. Main focus now is drilling Bullseye starting February 2023.
  • Well funded with over $10M cash, able to raise more through flow through offerings. Allocating capital prudently with 80% on Bullseye.
  • Passionate and experienced team focused on unlocking value. Goal to be a major exploration company in Newfoundland creating local jobs.

About Exploits Discovery Corp.

Exploits Discovery Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, one of the top mining jurisdictions in the world. With a strong cash position of over $10 million and supportive investors like Eric Sprott, Exploits is well positioned to capitalize on Newfoundland's untapped gold potential.

Interview with Jeff Swinoga, President & CEO of Exploits Discovery

Strategic Land Acquisitions in Prolific Gold Belt

Exploits has acquired a significant and strategic land package totalling over 2,000 square kilometres within the Exploits Subzone Gold Belt of Newfoundland. This area hosts major discoveries by New Found Gold and Labrador Gold along the highly prospective Appleton fault zone. As CEO Jeff Swinoga explained, "We've got land all the way around them basically to the North and the South."

In particular, Exploits' recent "Bullseye" land acquisition covers 1.2 kilometres between New Found Gold's Keats discovery and Labrador Gold. As Swinoga emphasized, this claim is "right on the Appleton Trend" with gold discoveries on either side, representing a potential "game changer" for the company. Exploits will be allocating around 80% of exploration efforts on testing and advancing the Bullseye claims starting February 2022.

Beyond Bullseye, Exploits controls over 16 kilometres of prospective ground along the Appleton fault which remains relatively underexplored compared to other areas. The company is taking a systematic approach to prioritizing its exploration efforts within its significant land package.

Methodical Exploration Strategy

According to Swinoga, the key ingredients for success are having a strong technical team on the ground along with targeted, high-quality land packages.

Exploits has developed a systematic exploration methodology focused on the key geological features that host high-grade, continuous orogenic gold deposits. As Swinoga explained, "we apply this kind of methodology we call exploration 2.0 to really triage what's really the best claims."

This exploration approach involves modern techniques such as Alpha IP geophysics to pinpoint drill targets in areas of high prospectivity. Exploits believes this methodical strategy will lead to discovery success and allow the model to be replicated across its multiple prospective projects.

Near-Term Catalysts

Exploits has outlined a clear pathway for near-term exploration catalysts to demonstrate the prospectivity of its projects.

Firstly, assay results from the current Titan project drilling program are expected by year-end 2021. Previous shallow drilling at Titan by another company in 2004 intercepted high-grade gold mineralization. Exploits is now testing for depth continuity down to 300 metres following up positive geophysical targets.

Most imminently, Exploits is planning its maiden drill program at the high priority Bullseye project for February 2022. This drilling will provide key early tests on the strong exploration potential of this strategic land position.

Continued assay results and drill target delineation over the coming months will act as important catalysts for Exploits as it advances towards discovery.

Well Funded for Aggressive Exploration

With a treasury of over $10 million, Exploits is funded to aggressively pursue its exploration activities over both the near and long term. The company expects its current capital will support two years of drilling across multiple targets.

Exploits will also look to bring in additional funds when required through flow-through financing to maintain momentum. Prudent cash management also involves monetizing non-core assets through joint ventures or divestments.

This steady funding strategy allows Exploits to systematically advance priority targets without relying on fluctuating market conditions.

Conclusion

With its strategic landholdings in Newfoundland's exciting gold belts, Exploits Discovery represents an attractive investment opportunity. The experienced leadership team has outlined a clear methodology focused on discovery success.

Upcoming drill programs at Bullseye and Titan over the coming months will provide key catalysts for investors to gauge the significant upside potential. Exploits' strong cash position provides funding security to aggressively explore and expand its strategic foothold in this emerging gold district.
