Silvercorp Metals Inc. (TSX/NYSE American: SVM) is a Canadian mining company that produces silver, gold, lead and zinc. The company operates the Ying Mining District and GC Mine, both located in China. Silvercorp's strategy focuses on generating free cash flow from long-life mines, pursuing organic growth through exploration drilling, engaging in merger and acquisition activities, and maintaining a commitment to responsible mining and environmental, social and governance practices.

Q3 Fiscal 2026 Production Results and Revenue Performance

Silvercorp reported revenue of approximately $126.1 million in the third quarter, a 51% increase over Q3 Fiscal 2025. Silver production decreased 4% to 1.9 million ounces, whilst silver equivalent production declined 5% to 2.0 million ounces. The revenue increase occurred alongside lower production volumes in silver and silver equivalent output.

Lead production decreased 4% to 16.4 million pounds during the quarter, whilst zinc production increased 5% to 7.0 million pounds. The company produces multiple metals from its ore bodies, including silver, gold, lead and zinc.

The company stockpiled 61,105 tonnes of ore at the Ying Mining District to be processed during the Chinese New Year period. This practice allows for continued processing during periods when mining activities may be reduced.

Operational Performance at Ying Mining District and GC Mine

The Ying Mining District processed 328,425 tonnes of ore during Q3 Fiscal 2026, an 18% increase over Q3 Fiscal 2025. The operation produced approximately 1.7 million ounces of silver, 2,096 ounces of gold, 14.7 million pounds of lead and 1.9 million pounds of zinc. Silver production declined 2%, lead decreased 4%, and gold increased 2% compared to Q3 Fiscal 2025.

Lower head grades during the quarter resulted from maintenance on the XRT sorter in October 2025 and increased dilution from shrinkage mining activities. The Ying Mining District completed 76,607 metres of drilling and 19,917 metres of exploration tunnelling during Q3 Fiscal 2026. The Kuanping mine construction project advanced with 3,297 metres of ramp development and 693 metres of exploration tunnelling.

The GC Mine processed 87,095 tonnes of ore, up 4% from Q3 Fiscal 2025, producing 0.1 million ounces of silver, 1.7 million pounds of lead and 5.1 million pounds of zinc. Zinc production increased 15% year over year, whilst silver and lead production declined 28% and 6% respectively. The operation completed 12,601 metres of drilling and 2,353 metres of exploration tunnelling during the quarter.
