Jadestone Energy plc is an independent oil and gas company focused on the Asia-Pacific region. Jadestone has a portfolio of production, development and exploration assets in Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam.

Jadestone produces both crude oil and natural gas, with current net working interest production of around 15,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd). The company's major producing assets include the Montara oil project offshore Australia and the Stag oil field offshore Western Australia. Jadestone also has gas development underway at the Akatara field in Indonesia.

Outside its producing assets, Jadestone holds oil and gas interests across five exploration blocks in offshore Australia, Malaysia and Vietnam. The company has a renewed focus on restoring high-reliability operations at Montara to deliver first gas at Akatara in early 2024 and continuing infill drilling across its portfolio to maximize value.

Jadestone is pursuing organic and inorganic growth within the Asia-Pacific region. The company is targeting production expansion and sets an ambition to achieve net zero emissions by 2050.
