Kobo Resources Inc. is a gold exploration and development company focused on discovering and advancing high-quality gold projects in Côte d'Ivoire, West Africa. The company’s flagship project is the 100%-owned Kossou Gold Project, located in proximity to Perseus Mining’s Yaouré Gold Mine near Yamoussoukro.

The Kossou Gold Project is at an early stage of exploration and hosts several prospective gold zones including the Jagger, Road Cut, Kadie, Shadow and Kilo zones, identified through soil sampling, trenching and geophysics. An initial 5,887-metre reverse circulation (RC) drill program conducted returned significant gold intercepts over an 850-metre strike length at the Road Cut Zone showed overall grades 4.64 g/t Au over 18.2 m of rock exposure.  Kossou presents similarities in geology and alteration to the adjacent Yaouré deposit which hosts total measured, indicated and inferred resources of 3.8 million ounces of gold.

A Phase 2 drilling program is planned for 2024 with the goal of expanding known mineralized zones and making new high-grade discoveries across its district-scale land package.
