Standard Lithium Company Overview

Standard Lithium is focused on developing lithium extraction projects in the United States to help establish a domestic supply chain for the growing electric vehicle market. The company is using Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) technology to produce battery-grade lithium from brine resources.

Standard Lithium's main projects are located in the Smackover Formation in southern Arkansas, which contains lithium-rich brines. The company has partnered with LANXESS, an established chemical producer in the region, to fast-track development. The first phase will leverage LANXESS' existing brine operations and infrastructure. Additional projects in Arkansas are being advanced to support large-scale production.

The presentation highlights the advantages of Standard Lithium's Arkansas location, including access to infrastructure, skilled workforce and community/stakeholder support. The region has a long history of brine extraction and chemical production.

Standard Lithium is also exploring brine resources in Texas and has reported finding lithium concentrations that are among the highest in North America. The size and scale of the Smackover Formation provide opportunity to significantly expand the resource inventory and production capacity over time.
