Amex Exploration (TSXV: AMX) is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on gold discovery in Quebec's Abitibi Greenstone Belt. 

Victor Cantore serves as President and Chief Executive Officer, leading the company's exploration strategy at the Perron Gold Project. The company has established a resource estimate at Perron whilst expanding its land position through the recent acquisition of the Perron West property. This expanded portfolio positions Amex across a broader geological system within the district-scale camp.

Strategic Partnership with Eldorado Gold Corporation and Use of Proceeds

Eldorado Gold Corporation's strategic investment provides significant validation for Amex's exploration portfolio, with the established gold producer acquiring approximately 17% ownership through the purchase of common shares at C$1.60 per share, contributing C$17.6 million to the total placement. This ownership level positions Eldorado as a significant shareholder whilst allowing Amex to maintain operational independence. "Eldorado's strategic investment significantly strengthens our exploration budget and reaffirms the high-quality potential of the Perron project and the recently acquired Perron West project," stated Chief Executive Officer Victor Cantore.

The private placement structure combines charity flow-through shares with hard dollar common shares, ensuring the net proceeds of which will fund exploration activities. Flow-through regulations require spending on qualified Canadian exploration expenses, directing funds specifically towards exploration programs rather than general corporate purposes.

The capital injection will enable Amex to pursue an expanded exploration strategy beyond its current resource base. "With a strong resource estimate already defined, we see substantial untapped upside across the broader property. This funding will enable us to aggressively pursue new targets and further demonstrate the scale and opportunity in the broader district scale camp," added Cantore. The strengthened financial position enables more comprehensive drilling programs and simultaneous testing of multiple targets across both the Perron Gold Project and Perron West property.

Next Steps and Investment Outlook

Following placement completion, Amex will implement its expanded exploration program with strengthened financial resources and strategic partnership support. The company must complete qualifying exploration expenditures by December 31, 2026, with flow-through renunciations effective by December 31, 2025.
