High Peak Royalties Limited is a diversified royalty company focused primarily on oil and gas assets. The company has royalty interests over permits in Queensland, South Australia, Victoria, Western Australia, and areas of the United States. High Peak generates revenue from over 20 oil and gas permits in Australia, 2,000 wells in the USA and is the operator of four geothermal permit interests.
In Australia, High Peak’s interests are mostly in exploration permits where discoveries have potential to provide income if developed. Key Australian permits include royalty interests operated by Santos and Queensland Gas in Queensland’s Cooper Basin, as well as interests in permits operated by Central Petroleum in the Amadeus Basin in the Northern Territory.
In the United States, High Peak receives royalties over mature, producing assets operated by Wagner Oil, Sabine Oil & Gas, Pioneer Natural Resources, and other companies across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana basins. High Peak also has a 1% gross overriding royalty over the Silver Tusk and New Century leases covering over 800 acres in the East Texas basin.
High Peak Royalties has a diverse portfolio of royalty interests targeting oil and gas at different development stages across multiple basins in Australia and the USA. With revenue-generating assets plus exposure to exploration upside, the company aims to deliver shareholder returns through potential discoveries, production growth, and acquisition of additional royalties.
