Newpark's Industrial Solutions segment is focused on providing high-quality temporary access matting and related rental and services to utility, power grid infrastructure, and renewables customers in North America. The Fluids Systems segment provides customized drilling, completion and reservoir fluids products and technical services to exploration and production companies operating in North America, the North Sea, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa. Newpark offers a portfolio of water-based and sustainable drilling and reservoir fluid technologies.

Newpark has generated over $580 million in total company revenues over the first nine months of 2023. As part of a transformation to focus on more stable growth markets tied to the global energy transition, Newpark recently launched a sale process for its Fluids Systems segment, which it expects to finalize by mid-2024.
