Sailfish Royalty Company Overview

Sailfish Royalty is a precious metals royalty and streaming company focused on the Americas. Its key assets are a gold stream on the San Albino mine in Nicaragua and royalties on the Spring Valley gold project in Nevada.

The San Albino stream entitles Sailfish to purchase 3% of gold production at 25% of spot price. This should generate growing cash flow as San Albino ramps up following its July 2021 declaration of commercial production.

Spring Valley is an advanced stage, open pit heap leach project with over 4 million ounces of historical gold resources. Sailfish holds up to a 3% NSR royalty on the majority of the project as it advances toward a production decision.

Sailfish aims to return capital to shareholders through industry-leading dividends and share repurchases. The company has minimal debt and is backed by well-funded investor Wexford Capital. With its precious metals exposure and Americas focus, Sailfish is positioned to benefit from cash flow growth at San Albino and exploration upside across its portfolio.
