Mongolia - Significant Discoveries and Upcoming Drilling Campaign

In Mongolia's Gobi Desert, Elixir has made two significant discoveries, Nomgon 8 and Nomgon 9. These exploration wells were drilled and tested successfully in late 2022, brought online in pilot projects. The wells demonstrated strong initial flow rates of up to 150 barrels per day, with manageable water production that does not require intensive handling.

For 2023, Elixir has an extensive 9-well drilling campaign planned. This includes 5 exploration wells that will target new trends across the acreage, aiming to expand the company's contingent resource base. Another 4 appraisal wells are planned near the Nomgon discoveries, with the goal of growing the estimated 20-30 Billion Cubic Feet (BCF) resource in this area.

Queensland - High Impact Exploration Near Infrastructure

In Queensland, Elixir has acquired a large, underexplored tenement adjacent to major pipelines and infrastructure like the Wallumbilla gas hub. Elixir's experienced team sees excellent potential in the underexplored Taroom Trough for both conventional and unconventional gas discoveries that can be rapidly tied-in and commercialized.

Elixir has identified the Daydream-2 well location just kilometers from an existing discovery. This well will test multiple zones including promising coal seams and conventional sands. Success could prove up material contingent resources in close proximity to infrastructure.
