Empress Royalty Corp. (TSXV:EMPR)(OTCQX:EMPYF) is a Canada-based royalty and streaming company that provides capital to mining businesses in exchange for a share of future production or revenue, rather than taking direct ownership of mines. This gives the company exposure to a diversified portfolio of gold and silver interests. Empress works alongside Endeavour Financial, a partnership that provides access to a wider range of investment opportunities and mining finance expertise. The company describes its focus as building long-term shareholder value through the royalty and streaming model.

Q2 2026 Financial Results: H1 Revenue Up 166% to US$17.3 Million and Income From Operations Up 285% to US$10 Million

Empress reported revenue of US$17.3 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, compared with US$6.5 million in the same period of 2025, an increase of 166%. Of that total, US$8.2 million was generated in the second quarter.

Gross profit for the half-year was US$12.8 million, up 184% from US$4.5 million in the first half of 2025, with US$6.0 million delivered in the second quarter. Income from operations rose to US$10.0 million, an increase of 285% from US$2.6 million in the comparative period.

Net income for the six months totalled US$3.9 million, compared with US$1.6 million in the first half of 2025. This included a US$4.7 million non-cash fair value remeasurement loss on metal holdings, tied to short-term declines in gold and silver prices, and US$1.0 million in income taxes.

CEO and President Alexandra Woodyer Sherron said:

"Our first half 2026 results demonstrate the increasing scale and financial strength of Empress, with six month revenue increasing 166% to over US$17M and income from operations increasing 285% to US$10M."

Strong Liquidity Position of US$21.1 Million in Combined Cash and Liquid Metals Supporting Portfolio Expansion

Combined cash and liquid metals holdings reached US$21.1 million as at June 30, 2026. This was made up of a US$1.9 million increase in cash to US$5.1 million and a US$12.1 million rise in liquid metals holdings to US$16.0 million.

Liquid metals are the physical gold and silver that Empress receives through its streaming agreements. Holding these alongside cash forms part of the company's combined liquidity position, which it has linked to its capacity to pursue further investment opportunities.

CEO and President Alexandra Woodyer Sherron said:

"We ended the quarter with US$21M in cash, gold and silver, providing significant flexibility to pursue new investment opportunities. With growing cash flow from our existing portfolio, we remain focused on disciplined capital allocation, portfolio expansion and building sustainable long term value for our shareholders."

Full-Year 2026 GEO Guidance Reaffirmed at 7,045 to 7,430 Ounces on Continued Portfolio Performance

Empress confirmed that its full-year 2026 guidance is unchanged from the figures originally issued with its annual financial statements. The company continues to expect attributable gold equivalent ounces (GEOs) of between 7,045 and 7,430 ounces for the year. GEOs combine gold and silver production into a single unit, using conversion ratios based on assumed prices of US$4,000 per ounce for gold and US$70 per ounce for silver.

The guidance reflects the performance of the operators behind the projects in which Empress holds royalty and streaming interests, along with the company's internal analysis of historical performance and public and non-public operator disclosures.

Empress stated that the guidance will be reviewed quarterly, or as material events occur, including new investments, operator updates, or changes in commodity markets.

Milestones and Next Steps

Empress's first half of 2026 results include revenue, gross profit, and operating income growth, alongside an increase in combined cash and liquid metals holdings to US$21.1 million. Full financial statements and management's discussion and analysis for the period have been filed on SEDAR+ and are available on the company's website. The company's full-year 2026 GEO guidance remains at 7,045 to 7,430 ounces, with management stating it will continue to focus on disciplined capital allocation and expansion of its royalty and streaming portfolio, alongside further updates as new developments occur.
