Palladium One Mining Receives Permit to Advance Exploration at Yukon Nickel Project

Palladium One Mining Inc. (TSXV: PDM) is a Canadian mineral exploration and development company targeting district-scale nickel-copper and platinum group element deposits in Canada and Finland. The company recently received a Class 1 Exploration Permit for its Canalask Nickel-Copper Project in Yukon, Canada, allowing it to advance exploration efforts at the site.

The permit authorises Palladium One to conduct exploration activities and preparatory work at Canalask for the next 12 months. The current field program involves re-establishing access trails and historic drill sites ahead of a planned, high-resolution ground-based electromagnetic survey this summer. The survey aims to refine historical geophysical anomalies and identify new drill targets associated with the project's nickel-copper-PGE prospective ultramafic dyke.

Canalask hosts high-grade nickel-copper-PGE mineralization, as evident from past grab samples returning up to 4.7% nickel, 0.6% copper and 6.82 g/t total precious metals. The project's geological setting is similar to the world-class Norilsk mining district and represents a favorable environment for magmatic nickel-copper sulphide deposits.

Receiving the Class 1 Permit is a significant milestone for Palladium One, allowing the company to advance systematic exploration efforts and unlock the potential of the Canalask project. The results of this summer's survey could outline compelling new drill targets and demonstrate the potential for a major discovery. Investors should keep a close eye on this emerging Canadian nickel play.
