F4 Uranium Reports Results From Airborne Survey at Wales Lake

F4 Uranium's airborne survey identifies two resistivity trends at Wales Lake and outlines plans to integrate the data with existing exploration information.

F4 Uranium Corp. (TSXV: FFU) is a Canada-based uranium exploration company operating in the Athabasca Basin in northern Saskatchewan. The company's management and exploration team have previously been involved in uranium discoveries in the Basin, including at Patterson Lake North and Broach Lake. F4's portfolio consists of 17 wholly owned properties totalling approximately 124,000 hectares, several located near established deposits such as Triple R, Arrow and Hurricane. The company's assets were spun out of F3 Uranium in 2024, and F4 operates on both the western and eastern sides of the Basin as an explorer and project generator.
Airborne Survey Identifies Two Resistivity Trends at Wales Lake West
F4 Uranium completed an airborne Mobile MT survey over the western portion of its 100% owned Wales Lake project, located just outside the southwestern Athabasca Basin. The survey, carried out by Expert Geophysics, covered approximately 700 line kilometres and measured variations in how easily electricity passes through the underlying rock. Resistivity-low features, or areas of higher conductivity, can be associated with geological structures considered favourable for uranium mineralisation.
The survey defined two resistivity-low trends running north-northwest to south-southeast across the Wales Lake West area. These trends were not clearly defined by the airborne survey the company completed in the summer of 2025. A resistivity feature in the northeastern part of the survey area may represent a continuation of a trend identified at F4's Todd Lake project.
The improved definition of these trends provides a geophysical framework that the company will use to evaluate the western portion of Wales Lake West and inform future exploration and target generation.
Integration With Todd Lake and the Patterson Lake Corridor
The survey was designed to determine whether resistivity-low trends on F4's adjacent Todd Lake project, including possible extensions of the Patterson Lake Corridor, continue south onto Wales Lake, and to provide additional resistivity coverage for target identification. The Patterson Lake Corridor hosts NexGen Energy's Arrow deposit and Paladin Energy's Triple R deposit, located approximately 29 km and 23 km northeast of the Wales Lake West survey area, respectively. F4's 2025 Mobile MT survey at Todd Lake had identified resistivity-low trends within the Clearwater Domain along the interpreted strike of the corridor.

"A previous Mobile MT survey at our nearby Todd Lake Property identified strong resistivity-low trends along the interpreted strike of the Patterson Lake Corridor, which hosts the nearby Arrow and Triple R deposits. The survey at Wales Lake shows a more complex pattern. While a feature in the northeastern portion of the survey area may represent a continuation of a trend observed at Todd Lake, the principal trends at Wales Lake appear to arc toward a more north-northwest to south-southeast orientation, similar to the orientation observed along F3 Uranium's A1 conductor, which hosts the JR Zone 37km to the northeast. Establishing this geophysical framework is an important step in narrowing a very large and underexplored land package into areas where we can focus the next phase of exploration."
The trends identified at Wales Lake are generally less continuous and display different orientations than those mapped at Todd Lake. The results will be combined with existing geological, geophysical and historical exploration data to evaluate and prioritise trends for follow-up work. Wales Lake has seen four drillholes to date, two historical and two completed by F4 in 2025, across the approximately 40,000-hectare project.
Resignation of President and Chief Operating Officer
F4 announced the resignation of Sam Hartmann as President and Chief Operating Officer to pursue other opportunities. The company's Board of Directors thanked Hartmann for his contributions and mentoring of the team.
Raymond Ashley, who continues as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of F4, has assumed the role of President effective immediately.
The company may appoint a replacement Chief Operating Officer in due course, with a further announcement to follow at that time.
Milestones and Next Steps
F4 will integrate the Wales Lake Mobile MT results with existing geological, geophysical and historical data to prioritise trends for follow-up exploration. The Wales Lake project remains largely untested by drilling, with four holes completed to date across the 40,000-hectare property. The company has stated it may announce a replacement Chief Operating Officer following Hartmann's departure.
