Fitzroy Minerals Engages The Howard Group for Digital Marketing Services

Fitzroy Minerals has engaged The Howard Group to run digital marketing and investor-awareness programmes, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

Fitzroy Minerals has entered a six-month digital marketing agreement with The Howard Group (THG) to build investor awareness through online programmes and targeted advertising. The company will pay THG C$7,000 a month, plus an estimated $5,000 a month in advertising costs, with the initial term running to January 31, 2027, and the agreement subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. No securities are being issued to THG, and the firm is an arm 's-length party to Fitzroy.

Fitzroy Minerals (TSXV: FTZ | OTCQX: FTZFF | FSE: C3Y) recently announced it has entered into a digital marketing services agreement with The Howard Group (THG), under which THG will create and manage online programmes and targeted advertising to increase investor awareness of the company. The agreement is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV).

Under the agreement, Fitzroy will pay THG a monthly fee of C$7,000 plus applicable taxes, with advertising costs estimated at a further $5,000 a month. The engagement has an initial term of six months ending January 31, 2027, after which it may be renewed on a month-to-month basis at the same monthly fee. Either party may terminate the agreement on 30 days' notice once the initial term has concluded. The first payment is due on receipt of TSXV approval, and each subsequent payment is due on the 15th of each month.

The agreement contains no performance factors, and no securities will be issued to THG as compensation. The authorized representative of The Howard Group, Jeff Walker, and THG itself hold no direct or indirect beneficial ownership of, or control over, any Fitzroy securities, and both are arm's-length parties to the company.

The Howard Group has provided investor outreach, capital markets programmes, and strategic planning support for public companies since 1988.
