New Atomic Eagle Company Secretary Brings Over 15 Years of Governance Experience

Atomic Eagle names corporate lawyer Bennett Greenhalgh Company Secretary, as Abby Macnish Niven steps down after more than 6 years in the role.

Atomic Eagle has appointed Bennett Greenhalgh, a corporate lawyer with more than 15 years' experience in governance, regulatory compliance, and capital markets, as Company Secretary, effective October 16, 2026. He succeeds Abby Macnish Niven, who resigned with effect from the same date after more than 6 years in the role. Her tenure took in the company's merger with GoviEx Uranium Inc., the associated $10 million re-compliance capital raising, and its return to trading on the ASX as Atomic Eagle in November 2025.

Company Overview

‍Atomic Eagle Limited (ASX: AEU | OTCQX: AEUXF) is a uranium development company advancing a portfolio of uranium assets in Africa. Its flagship asset is the 100%-owned Muntanga Uranium Project in Zambia, which hosts a JORC mineral resource of 58.8 million pounds (lb) at 309 parts per million U3O8. Muntanga is the subject of ongoing resource growth and optimization programs to support a larger-scale development opportunity. The company also holds a 60% interest in the Madaouela Uranium Project in Niger, a large uranium development project with extensive historical drilling, feasibility-level studies, and an established Mining Convention with the Republic of Niger. Madaouela hosts a foreign estimate of 116.5 million lb at 1,282 parts per million U3O8, prepared in accordance with NI 43-101 and not reported under the JORC Code.

Governance & Capital Markets Experience

Greenhalgh has served as company secretary or assistant company secretary across ASX-listed, private, not-for-profit, and joint venture entities.

He holds an MBA (Distinction) from the University of Western Australia, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course.

Continuity Through the GoviEx Merger & Return to Trading

The board thanked Macnish Niven for her contribution over more than 6 years as Company Secretary. Most recently, she steered the company's governance and compliance through the merger with GoviEx Uranium Inc., the associated $10 million re-compliance capital raising, and the return to trading on the ASX as Atomic Eagle in November 2025.

The board expressed gratitude for the continuity and care she brought to the role through a period of change. The handover takes effect on October 16, 2026.
