Vizsla Silver Appoints Susy Horna as Corporate Secretary

Vizsla Silver Corp. announced on May 12, 2026, that Susy Horna will assume the role of Corporate Secretary, replacing Jen Hanson, effective immediately. Horna previously served as Manager, Corporate Records & Governance at First Majestic Silver Corp. and as Corporate Secretary at Gatos Silver, Inc. before its acquisition by First Majestic, bringing professional experience in the legal aspects of mining, oil & gas, and shipping industries across multiple jurisdictions.

Corporate Secretary transition at Mexican silver developer

Vizsla Silver announced on May 12, 2026, that Susy Horna will assume the role of Corporate Secretary, replacing Jen Hanson effective immediately.

Horna's governance experience in the Mexican silver sector

Originally from Peru, Horna brings professional experience in the legal aspects of the mining, oil & gas, and shipping industries. Before joining Vizsla Silver, Horna served as Manager, Corporate Records & Governance for First Majestic Silver Corp. Before First Majestic Silver Corp. acquired Gatos Silver, Inc., Horna served as Corporate Secretary of Gatos Silver, Inc.

Horna has also served as Corporate Secretary for various public and private companies within the Augusta Group of Companies, and as a paralegal for Pacific Northwest LNG, Seaspan Corporation, and Southwestern Resources Corp., according to the company.
