F3 Uranium Advances New Drill Targets Across Patterson Lake North Project

F3 Uranium outlines its 2026 summer exploration program, advancing new drill targets across its Patterson Lake North, Minto and Broach properties.

  • F3 Uranium Corp. is advancing its 2026 summer exploration program across its 100% owned Patterson Lake North (PLN) Project, with new target areas identified across the Patterson Lake North, Minto and Broach properties.
  • Drilling is expected to begin in early July 2026, with an initial phase of approximately 4,000 metres.
  • At the Minto property, a magnetotelluric survey and ground electromagnetic work identified a resistivity low system with newly defined conductors near historic drill hole PLN14-021, upgrading the area to a drill-ready target.
  • At the Broach property, four targets have been prioritized in the Patterson West Area and two in the Broach Lake South Area, alongside an ongoing geophysical survey over the Tetra Zone.
  • F3 has entered a three-month investor relations and marketing agreement with Delray Capital Markets Group, effective July 1, 2026, for US$200,000, with an option to extend for up to a further US$150,000.

F3 Uranium Corp. (TSXV: FUU) (OTCQB: FUUFF) is a Canada-based uranium exploration company focused on its Patterson Lake North Project in the Western Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan. The company's work is centred on the high-grade JR Zone discovery and the more recently identified Tetra Zone, located 13 kilometres to the south. F3 holds three properties within the PLN Project, namely Patterson Lake North, Minto and Broach, in a section of the Athabasca Basin that also hosts Paladin's Triple R and NexGen Energy's Arrow deposits.

2026 Summer Exploration Program Advancing New Drill Targets Across PLN, Minto and Broach Properties

F3 Uranium has provided an update on its 2026 summer exploration program across the PLN Project. The program advances several new target areas across the Patterson Lake North, Minto and Broach properties, while a separate 3D-DCIP and resistivity survey directly over the Tetra Zone, started in early June, continues.

Compilation and reinterpretation of historic and recently acquired geophysical, geological and geochemical data across the wider project has advanced several trends to drill-target stage. Drilling under the new program is expected to begin in early July 2026, with an initial phase of approximately 4,000 metres.

The Patterson Lake North property, spanning 4,074 hectares, hosts the JR Zone discovery approximately 23 kilometres northwest of the Triple R deposit. Ongoing compilation work continues to develop regional trends in the Harrison area and along the B1 conductor toward the drill-ready stage as the program progresses.

Sam Hartmann, Vice President Exploration, stated:

"Our 2026 summer program reflects the systematic, land-package-wide approach that has driven our discoveries at the JR and Tetra Zones. The Tetra Zone was a game-changing discovery, the first in the Clearwater Domain, an area long overlooked because of its high magnetic profile and historically weak conductor response. It showed that by applying new deposit models where others weren't looking, F3 can make discoveries in unexpected places. We are now bringing that same first-mover mindset across the Project, integrating a combination of geophysical methods, magnetotellurics, resistivity, ground EM and gravity, tailored to each target, to build a deep pipeline of drill-ready targets. This season we are advancing the most prospective of them while continuing to unlock the significant untested potential that remains across all three properties."

Geophysical Compilation and MT Surveys Upgrading Multiple Trends to Drill-Ready Stage

The 19,864-hectare Minto property hosts conductive corridors along trend from the JR Zone, including the A4 trend, which spans nearly 7 kilometres and runs parallel to the A1 conductor that hosts the JR Zone. Summer work is focused on the area around historic drill hole PLN14-021, drilled in 2014, which intersected anomalous uranium of up to 44 parts per million in the basement and 698 parts per million boron directly above the Athabasca unconformity at approximately 413 metres, in a corridor parallel to the A1 conductor near the Harrison fault.

Since that hole was drilled, F3 has flown a magnetotelluric survey and completed ground electromagnetic work over the target area. A magnetotelluric, or MT, survey measures natural variations in the earth's electrical resistivity to help identify subsurface structures. The survey identified a significant resistivity low system hosting newly defined ground conductors, which has upgraded the corridor to a drill-ready target for the 2026 program.

At the 19,022-hectare Broach property, the Patterson West Area surrounding the Tetra Zone hosts targets defined by EM conductors and gravity low anomalies with signatures similar to those at the Tetra Zone, four of which have been prioritized for drill testing. Historic drill core sampling in the area returned 423 parts per million uranium with intense bleaching, and these targets remain untested by follow-up drilling. The Broach Lake South Area hosts two further drill-ready targets, including steeply dipping conductors interpreted as a continuation of the Carter Trend, following up on 2022 drilling that intersected graphite-rich faults, strong alteration and prospective lead isotopes.

Investor Relations Marketing Agreement with Delray Capital Markets Group

F3 Uranium has entered into an agreement with Delray Capital Markets Group, a Florida corporation, to provide investor relations, marketing, media and capital markets awareness services to the company.

The agreement is for an initial three-month term beginning July 1, 2026, for a fee of US$200,000. Subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, the company and Delray CMG may mutually agree to extend the agreement for a further three-month period for total consideration of up to US$150,000.

F3 confirmed that, to the best of its knowledge, Delray CMG does not hold any equity, options, warrants or other financial interest in the company, and that the two parties are dealing at arm's length. The agreement is led by Rodney Raanan, CEO of Delray Capital Markets Group.

Outlook

Drilling under the 2026 summer program is expected to begin in early July, with an initial phase of approximately 4,000 metres planned across the Patterson Lake North, Minto and Broach properties. This work will run alongside the separate 3D-DCIP and resistivity survey currently underway over the Tetra Zone. Additional trends at the Harrison area and B1 conductor on the Patterson Lake North property are also being advanced toward drill-ready status as the program continues. The investor relations agreement with Delray Capital Markets Group runs through the end of September 2026, with a possible extension into the fourth quarter.
