Revival Gold Wedge Drilling Supports Continuity of Gold Mineralisation at Joss Target in Idaho

Revival Gold’s wedge holes at Joss in Idaho support gold continuity, with all eight 2026 holes intersecting the target shear zone.
- Wedge hole BT26-254DW returned 2.2 g/t gold over 49.5m, including 8.4 g/t gold over 6.2m.
- Wedge hole BT26-255DW returned 4.3 g/t gold over 21.6m, including 8.5 g/t gold over 3.4m, plus a separate interval of 7.9 g/t gold over 2.2m.
- All five primary holes and three wedge holes drilled at Joss in 2026 intersected the gold-bearing Panther Creek Shear Zone.
- Joss hosts an underground Inferred Resource of 877,000 ounces at 4.05 g/t gold, which is not included in the project’s 2023 Preliminary Feasibility Study.
- Geological model updates, an underground mining engineering review and further metallurgical testing are under way.
Revival Gold Inc. (TSXV: RVG) (OTCQX: RVLGF) is a Canada-based developer focused solely on gold projects in the United States. The company is advancing the Mercur Gold Project in Utah towards development and exploring the Beartrack-Arnett Gold Project in Idaho. Its headquarters are in Toronto, and its U.S. exploration and development office is in Salmon, Idaho.
Wedge Holes Return Gold Close to Earlier Intercepts at Joss
Revival Gold has reported results from two wedge holes at the Joss target of its Beartrack-Arnett Project. A wedge hole is a branch drilled off an existing hole partway down to test nearby ground. BT26-254DW, offset 12 to 22 metres from its parent hole, returned 2.2 grams of gold per tonne (g/t) over 49.5 metres, including 8.4 g/t gold over 6.2 metres. BT26-255DW, offset 21 to 69 metres from its parent hole, returned 4.3 g/t gold over 21.6 metres, including 8.5 g/t gold over 3.4 metres, as well as 7.9 g/t gold over 2.2 metres.
The parent holes were reported earlier in 2026. BT26-254D intersected 2.37 g/t gold over 147.2 metres, including 14.9 g/t gold over 5.9 metres, and BT26-255D returned 3.43 g/t gold over 131.7 metres, including 6.56 g/t gold over 42.5 metres. All widths are drilled lengths. True widths, the actual thickness of the mineralised zones, are estimated at 40% to 55% of the drilled lengths.
For context, the existing Joss underground Inferred Mineral Resource stands at 6.75 million tonnes grading 4.05 g/t gold for 877,000 ounces. An Inferred Resource is the lowest-confidence resource category. The 4.3 g/t gold interval in BT26-255DW and the higher-grade sections of 8.4 g/t and 8.5 g/t gold in both wedge holes are above that average resource grade.
All 2026 Holes Intersect the Panther Creek Shear Zone Along 1.2km of Strike
All eight holes drilled at Joss in 2026 intersected the Panther Creek Shear Zone. A shear zone is a band of fractured rock along which gold-bearing fluids moved, and it is the main host of gold at Beartrack-Arnett. The deposit is a structurally controlled orogenic gold deposit, meaning the gold was deposited along faults formed during ancient mountain-building.
Joss has a known mineralised strike, or length along the trend of the structure, of about 1.2 kilometres. Several higher-grade zones above 2 g/t gold measure 2 to 20 metres in true width and sit within a lower-grade envelope of 5 to 70 metres. The mineralisation remains open along strike and at depth.
The 2026 programme was designed to expand the known mineralised area, contribute to an updated resource estimate and potentially support a future underground mine economic study. The Joss resource is not included in the 2023 Preliminary Feasibility Study, which covers a first-phase open pit and heap leach operation. Beartrack-Arnett, held under an earn-in agreement for 100% ownership, is ranked by S&P Capital IQ Pro as one of the top five new gold discoveries in the United States over the past fifteen years.
Model Updates and Technical Studies Under Way
With drilling complete, the project team is updating the geological models to include the 2026 results. Revival Gold has engaged EngComp Engineering to advise on potential underground mining methods and costs.
SGS Lakefield will conduct a further phase of metallurgical testing on higher-grade Joss material. Metallurgical testing measures how much gold can be recovered from the rock during processing. Results from the engineering and metallurgical work are expected early in the new year.
President and CEO Hugh Agro said:
“With this year’s drilling now complete, the Project team has turned to the task of updating geological models, advancing engineering concepts for potential future mining and processing, and expanding our base of operations at site. We look forward to providing further updates on this important potential value catalyst for Revival Gold later in the year.”
Milestones and Next Steps
Work has started on expanding the core logging and storage facilities at Beartrack-Arnett in preparation for potential follow-up drilling to test the plunge and extension of the higher-grade intervals at Joss. Upcoming milestones include completion of the updated geological models and delivery of the EngComp underground mining review and SGS Lakefield metallurgical results, which together form the basis for a potential future underground economic study.
