Dune Oil Completes Gabar Block Contractor Site Visits; Seismic Tender Proposals Underway

Dune Oil Corp. announces that prospective seismic acquisition contractors completed site visits to the Gabar Block in southeastern Türkiye on July 29 and 30, 2026, in preparation for the Company's planned 2-dimensional seismic acquisition program. Contractors and supporting service providers attended alongside the Company's technical and operations teams and its partners to review field conditions, access routes, logistics, and equipment requirements across the survey area. Contractors are now preparing technical and commercial proposals, with the Company targeting the award of an acquisition contract and announcement of a mobilization date in due course.

Seismic Tender Progress

Dune Oil Corp. has completed contractor site visits in the Gabar Block in southeastern Türkiye, thereby establishing the technical basis for the seismic tender. Site visits were conducted on July 29 and 30, 2026, with contractors and supporting service providers attending alongside the company's technical and operations teams and its joint venture partners. Field conditions, access routes, logistics, and equipment requirements were reviewed across the survey area.

Contractors are now preparing technical and commercial proposals. The company is targeting the award of the acquisition contract and the announcement of a mobilization date in due course. Upon completion and interpretation of the seismic program, the Company plans to announce its next drilling locations.
