GR Silver Mining Ltd. has appointed Eric Zaunscherb as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective July 6, 2026. Mr Zaunscherb was appointed Interim President and Interim CEO on March 26, 2026, following the sudden passing of the Company's President, CEO, Director and founder, Marcio Fonseca. Mr Zaunscherb previously served as CEO of GR Silver Mining from February 28, 2022, to June 30, 2025. The company's ongoing 20,000-metre resource expansion drill program at the Plomosas Silver Project continues to advance, with a Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) update and a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) planned to follow completion of the drill program.

Eric Zaunscherb Confirmed as CEO
GR Silver Mining Ltd. has appointed Eric Zaunscherb as President and CEO of the Company, effective July 6, 2026, converting his role from Interim President and Interim CEO, a position he has held since March 26, 2026. The appointment follows the sudden passing of Company founder Marcio Fonseca, who served as President, CEO, Director and founder of GR Silver Mining. Mr Zaunscherb previously served as CEO of GR Silver Mining from February 28, 2022, to June 30, 2025.

Over the next 6 to 12 months, we will continue to deliver results from that drill program, which will then be followed by a Mineral Resource Estimate update and a planned Preliminary Economic Assessment."
